Student Financial Aid Office was established in compliance with Higher Education Commissions directives in 2006 in order to uplift and facilitate talented students for grant of scholarship on merit and need basis.

Functions

Following are the main functions of OSFA:-

To arrange and coordinate grant of scholarships received form various national / foreign scholarship awarding agencies for QAU students enrolled in various disciplines and study programs.
To provide advisory / counseling facilities to the students in need of scholarships for pursuance of their studies and research programs.
To supervise and undertake international collaboration with foreign institutions in various academic fields of mutual interest.
