Eligibility: 2nd class Graduate.

Fee: Rs.6600/per Professional Certificate Course.

Three copies of the application on the prescribed form along with Photostat copies of academic
Certificates/Degrees and three passport size photographs should reach the Office Director Computer Center .
Last date for applying 26 th August, 2006
Final list will be displayed on 29 th August, 2006
Classes will start on 11 th September,2006
Some seats are reserved for the nominees of Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organizations.
Candidates interested may apply through proper channel.
Prescribed admission forms can be obtained from Manager, Book bank/Book Shop of Quaid-i-Azam University by depositing Rs.600/- or by sending Crossed Postal Order of Rs. 650/-(including postal charges) drawn in the favour of Treasurer Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad.
